Computer company located in Trenton, NJ seeking Customer Support Representative

This Full Time position offers benefits, sick\personal days and paid vacation

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years experience in customer support

- Qualified candidates must be detail oriented in order to maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and requests along with excellent follow through skills to respond to all customer problems and requests

- Remote client support using PCanywhere or Remote Desktop is a plus

- Must possess strong computer skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrate strong listening skills and attention to detail is a must

- Ability to navigate computerized data entry system and client-specific applications

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

- Ability to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed

- Some light travel within NJ may be required on occasion

- Have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
