Assistant Manager acts in the capacity of store manager during store manager's absence, acts as primary support for store manager to enforce store policies and procedures, drives sales and motivates employees to provide outstanding customer service in a specialty pet food and supply retail environment.  Assistant Manager is available to open and/or close store, submits and receives merchandise orders, directs and places merchandise to appropriate areas on the sales floor, trains and develops employees, and more.
