Mandatory Requirements  :   : Number of Position : Twenty Eight Minimum of 4 years combined experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions. Candidates must have minimum of 2 years experience in all of the following: designing and developing components using Visual Studio.Net and Microsoft SQL Server is required, experience with Visual Basic.Net is required, ASP Web Development experience utilizing Visual Studio is required, experience in working through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle is required, experience with design tools such as Rational Rose/MS Visio is desirable. MCSD Certification is desirable. The applicant must have experience in web development for a large application. The application must be similar in size and scope to the types of web development designed by a large government entity such as the New York City Department of Education.
