Mandatory Requirements: Number of Position : One. 1. The successful consultant will have a strong understanding of the principles and practices of the financing, planning and scheduling of highway maintenance. Knowledge of OMS, MMS, Feature Inventory, MMQA, FiNET, Data warehouse, Zero Based Budgeting are also desired qualifications. 2. Successful consultant will have a strong understanding of the daily business operations of a department of transportation and how various business systems interrelate. It is expected that the consultant be qualified to help UDOT develop and transition from traditional highway maintenance accounting to more dynamic and improved processes based upon UDOT’s needs. 3. The consultant will have strong verbal communications that will help during training and user requirement development. The consultant must also be skilled at developing useful reports and charts to aid in efficient implementation of maintenance budgets, work orders, schedules, etc. The consultant will help UDOT staff develop requests to present to Agile Assets for screen/system alterations.
