Mandatory Requirements:
Number Of Position : One NOTE: Candidates who do not meet all of the following mandatory requirements will not be considered for further evaluation and the entire proposal will be deemed non-responsive. a. A minimum of six (6) years experience coding in ANSI Standard SQL. b. A minimum of six (6) years experience interpreting physical database models and understanding relational database concepts such as indexes, primary and foreign keys, and constraints using Oracle. c. A minimum of six (6) years experience working with Oracle version 9i or later. d. A minimum of six (6) years experience in using ORACLE programming tools (SQL Plus, PL/SQL, SQL Loader or other ORACLE database programming tools).

Desirable Requirements:
a. Experience coding in PL/SQL, especially Packages and Procedures. b. Experience with Sybase PowerDesigner 9.0 or higher. c.
