DUTIES:  You will be responsible for:  (1) Performing FSLC (Full Systems Life Cycle) MICROSOFT development; (2) Design of software and creation of functional specifications; (3) Translating functional specifications to technical requirements and design; (4) Providing software development estimates; (5) Reviewing test plans with the appropriate staff and participating in design and code reviews with  development staff; (6) Developing source code; (7) Testing and debugging developed software to ensure that it conforms to design and meets expectations and requirements; (8) Modifying software as necessary; (9) Inspecting code as required; (10) Designing and authoring technical documentation; (11) Fixing bugs and developing enhancements as required; (12) Documenting code changes and adhering to versioning requirements.

REQUIRED: 

3 years of STRONG/CURRENT FSLC development in Visual Basic 6.0 or .NET or C# with 3 years of STRONG/CURRENT SQL and T-SQL development.

Must have STRONG/CURRENT interface development experience including HL7 or X12 or EDI protocols.
