Your role will provide college coaches with a reliable resource to find qualified student-athletes for their programs and to education high school student athletes and their families through the recruiting process. What you will be doing:

The recruiting coordinator will work with a high-tech system monitor the specific wants and needs of college coaches and matches student athletes with the appropriate collegiate opportunities that will allow them to succeed. You will be responsible for identifying qualified high school student athletes that could be introduced to college coaches.

• Coordinating and managing a team of collegiate scouts
• Contacting families to schedule evaluations
• Producing quality evaluations for Collegiate Scouts

What you need to succeed:

• A strong competitive drive
• Enjoy talking about sports
• Strong knowledge of multiple sports
• At ease talking to people over the phone
• Really enjoy helping high school student-athletes
• Very conversant in answering questions presented by the student-athlete'''s parents
• A strong desire to master the techniques required to schedule meetings for scouts
• The ability to adapt quickly to our constantly changing industry
• A college degree from an accredited 4-year College or University
• Athletic background, high school or college, preferred
• Ability to work occasional weekend and night hours
