We are currently seeking a part time Manager of Administration and Operations in our fast-growing security company. The position has significant opportunity for growth.
You must be: - energetic, reliable and professional
- experienced in financial management and / or have a related degree - experienced in accounting systems (Quickbooks a plus)
- able to define and implement business processes
- an excellent communicator with high standards of customer service
You will be directly involved in:
- developing / implementing the financial and business strategy
- developing and refining business processes
- setting up new customer accounts in electronic file systems, accounting systems, etc - customer service and coordination
- creating weekly metrics reports - collections
- other activities as needed This position calls for about 20-30 hours per week. We offer the flexibility to accommodate your personal schedule (provided your work hours fall within our company's daily business hours and are defined by a set, regular schedule). Salary is $10 to $15 per hour commensurate with experience. This position has the potential to develop into a full time leadership role, as our company continues to grow. DC residency is a plus.
